Brought my bike in for squeaking. They identified the problem, and not only fixed the initial problem but also made sure my bike was in safe riding condition without any up charge. Colin was the guy who checked me out, extremely kind and funny!
Took my bike in to Velocycles in Tuscaloosa to get it refitted. I know biking but hadn't actually done anything with it in a while, so a lot of this was new to me again. Morgan handled the refit, added on clipless pedals and shoes since I'd never used them before, and walked me through how everything worked without making me feel behind on any of it.
