My problem is with not ever getting a call back. I called on Friday morning to talk to a doctor about a couple of questions from my visit the prior day. I was told by person answering phone I would have to talk to a nurse. They transferred me and I got voice mail. I left message with all the information requested in message. My first time to ever visit a Velocity Care and I went to the one on Airline Dr in Bossier City and the staff was very nice I was in and out very quickly I was very pleased and would highly recommend this office to anyone.
Everyone from the receptionist to the nurse to the P.A. could not have been any nicer! I would recommend anyone not feeling well to go to Velocity Care. They are very efficient.
Great service, kids were very well taken care of.
Great care and service but did not receive test results
I'm an evacuee from Texas due to Harvey, needed to restart my antidepressants after the stress of everything; I came here on the recommendation of my sister in law. The entire staff were friendly and helpful, and helped to make a difficult situation better. I'd use them permanently if I lived closer.
