Service/repairs are always super fast!
I just toured this property as a possible place to relocate to despite already having been approved for another place, will definitely be going with my first choice at Bell Marymoor park… this property reads low income and has marks on the walls all throughout the hallways, the elevators and halls smell bad. The people in the leasing office, aka “welcome center” are anything but welcoming. Armando on the maintenance team is great. He has solved every issue I’ve had in less than 10 minutes, brings a professional and welcoming demeanor, and takes time to validate the work he did with me. Certainly a highlight of living at Veloce.
Newest Edit: Moving out after 7 years of living here. The owners of the property are trying to separate out any fee they can think of from the rent so that the rent appears low, but you'll have hundreds in additional fees per month. The newest announced extra fees are residents paying for the common area electric bill! Parking rates have increased while the garage still remains insecure. Elevators are constantly out of service.
