Armando is saviour and expert in his field. Service was very fast and very professional. Amazing community and Professional staff.
Armando came by to fix one item, but he went above and beyond our expectations. Not only did he take care of the issue quickly and efficiently, he did it exceptionally. He clearly takes pride in his work, and it really shows. Everything was done thoroughly and with great attention to detail. I'm not a tenant here (yet!🤞) but I wanted to take the time to highlight this amazing property! I first have to shout out Melody on the Leasing team - she has been absolutely amazing to work with. Before I event stepped onsite to tour, she was so kind and helped me understand the application process. I felt comfortable and informed at every step! Service/repairs are always super fast!
I just toured this property as a possible place to relocate to despite already having been approved for another place, will definitely be going with my first choice at Bell Marymoor park… this property reads low income and has marks on the walls all throughout the hallways, the elevators and halls smell bad. The people in the leasing office, aka “welcome center” are anything but welcoming.
