Elevators never work, leasing office hid the elevator maintenance certificates after being called out for it. Garage door barely works. Pay 3k a month for a place that is not secure, and is sketchy. Whenever you have a maintenance issue, you usually get a half assed fix that works for less than 24 hours, or get told that its not a problem they will fix.
