Lived here for 8 years (2016-2025). Went through 4-5 different owners. Bottom line, it's good but not worth the price. 1. The location is good for people who like walkability. The river trail, grocery stores, town center, shipping places, restaurants and bank are all within 3 blocks of this place. 2. There was construction directly outside my window for all 8 years.
