customer service is dirt poor, used to be good but went downhill the past year. my loyalty to this place has ended after 6 years, 3 bikes and multiple bike repairs plus numerous accessories, I am done with their post poor attitudes.
Velo bike shop shows no respect towards veterans! VELO took away any simbelance of balance and marriage. Installing discarded parts from a different work order. Taking those parts and installing them on my bike admitting they were used parts and incredibly charging me retail price that would otherwise be the same pricing as a new part.
