I wasn't promptly notified about my test results nor did I ever get a call. I had to call them myself to get my results. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay.

Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me Were you able to relax during your appointment? Not really, I was a little uneasy

Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I was told by Dr. Bhupathy that he would be able to burn my fibroid tumors off my uterous viginally. The surgery was performed and the doctor claims that Whittier Hospital did not have the right size tool so the fibroid tumors were not burn't off. I did my investigation and I was was told my numerous doctors that fibroid turmors cannot be removed viginally. The only way to remove them is through an incession. I was told that Dr. Bhupathy is a scammer and only out to make money.

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained.
