Very thorough and professional service.
I must admit that I dread most trips to the dentist...BUT this experience was terrific. Everyone was friendly, curtious and they were very organized.
Had a consultation with Dr. Eric Velk yesterday and it was awesome! I am usually very nervous and apprehensive when it comes to dental visits, but Dr. Velk was very nice and listened to what I had to say. He was knowledgable and honest and I didn't feel as though he was trying to make me have unnecessary procedures like my last dentist did. I am transferring my whole family over to Velk Family Dentistry and am not even nervous about my upcoming root canal with Dr. Velk! When I arrived I was down in the dumps...... ..... When I left I was on top of the heap ! P.S. teeth were cleaned....I'm smily again.. ......say cheeze !

They were fantastic from the front desk to the dental hygentist and Dr. Velk himself. They were extremely friendly and made the entire experience as pleasant as possible considering what I was there for.
The kids enjoyed their balloons.
Excellent job teaching middle school daughter how to better care for her teeth and make better food choices.
The Velks are very kind, knowledgeable, just terrific, and so is the whole staff. After a bad accident, I had a broken jaw and a lot of broken teeth. My oral surgeon recommended them to me, even though they were not on my insurance plan. Even without insurance, they were 50 percent less than my regular dentist was charging me WITH insurance, go figure. They are the best!! My oral surgeon is Dr. Peter Krakowiak, Lakeshore Oral in Lake Elsinorel. He is terrific too. I highly recommend both of them.
