The staff is always friendly and interested in you as an individual. They make me feel relaxed and are concerned with my individual needs. Work is always done with minimal amount IOC discomfort. I can trust that they are being honest about my dental needs and they leave the decisions as to what work should be done up to me without pressure. You are a great staff!
They are very gentle, kind and they make sure your pain medicine is working before they start working on your teeth. They let you know what they are doing and why. Awesome dentists!!!
DR ERIC TREATED ME FOR A PERIO ABCESS GAVE ME ORAL AND TOPICAL ANTIBIOTIC AND BLOCK SO I WOULD NOT BE IN PAIN FOR THE NIGHT, TWO DAYS LATER ALMOST BACK TO NORMAL NO PAIN AND NOT SWOLLEN AND SORE ANYMORE, LOVE MY DENTISTS AT VELK FAMILY DENTISTRY THEIR STAFF IS WONDERFUL TOO,
