We just worked with Jake to purchase a 2012 Tucson for our two teenage drivers (oh, the pain of insurance!), and he was great to work with! Very congenial, sincere, and polite; a true gentleman! I bought my first car on my own in January of 2017. The process was smooth and simple. I got a great recommendation on a vehicle that was appropriate for me, and all of the details were explained well. I always look forward to taking my car to the shop for regular maintenance.

Looked at a vehicle there to purchase and started talking about trading in my vehicle, they offered me about 4 grand for a vehicle identical to one they had on their lot with more miles and more wear that they had priced at almost 14 grand. Highway robbery of you ask me. I under stand you get less one trades but they are crooks!
We've bought two vehicles from them in the past (a Mitsubishi Outlander and a Chevy Traverse.) We received very good service, we never felt pushed or pressured to buy. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and not fake. We had two minor issues with our second vehicle that we bought from them, and even though the fixes weren't technically covered by the warranty they took care of them anyway. We will certainly go back to them in the future. :)
