Awesome apartments and a great place to live! The leasing team could not have been easier to work with and made the entire process a breeze. The location is hard to beat and the updated units have an aesthetic that is modern, stylish, and comfortable. I would defintely recommend the Velencia.
I lived here for two years, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this property. The interiors are sleek and modern: the hardwoods are beautiful and the flow of natural light through the apartment is great, not to mention the gorgeous bathrooms. The location is incredible, too. I constantly took advantage of the access to the River Parks trails and the commute to and from downtown is unbeatable: no rush hour, a quick 5 or so minutes. Maintenance and management are super responsive, in my experience.
I've lived here for well over a year now in an unfurnished apartment. You won't find anything as updated in the Maple Ridge area and the location is unbeatable. The units have both historic charm with the original hardwood floors and modern touches. The appliances are all really nice and new. The building blocks out street noise well and there is a ton of natural light. Maintenance issues are handled quickly and staff clean the common areas frequently. Additionally, management is very accommodating and personable.
Restored units in the heart of Midtown, Tulsa. Close access to the trails. Landlord/maintenance staff easily accessible.
