I was referred to the Charleston, WV branch of Dermatology Associates and Surgery Center to have a couple of places biopsied on my head, however, I was never contacted by their office to set up an appointment. It wasn’t until I called three weeks after my PA sent the referral that I was told I had an appointment for the following week. RecommendedI am a patient at the Princeton office. You will not find a better doctor or staff anywhere. I was worried to death when their biopsy of the "mole" on my cheek turned out to be basal cell carcinoma. They were so great at putting me at ease all the way through the excision, and when referring me out for reconstructive surgery. Oh, and they also removed three enormous lipomas from my back worthy of Dr. Pimple Popper and didn't even gross out, LOL
I did not like it they wanted to cut everything not treat things just more money
They know their work, and have the friendliest staff I have ever encountered.I always have a nice visit there, even though sometimes painful.
They could improve by hiring people that know what they are doing.
They hacked my face in the wrong spot, failing to remove the cancer, far from the biopsy site, and didn’t offer so much as an apology or even take care of the cost for doing so like they agreed to.Nobody should go there. Ever.
Great group of people and friendly staff.
Everyone was helpful and kind. They kept my mind off the work that was being done by talking to me. Thank you!
