I can’t say enough great things about this company. First, this is a family owned company and they are all part of it. Mrs Velasquez manages the day to day, Mr Velasquez works as the foreman and runs the crews as well as assists in the work, and their adult children also work. You can see the pride in their craftsmanship and I haven’t seen many work as hard as they did for me. Outstanding Experience! If you’re looking for a builder you can trust, Velasquez is the company to call. You simply tell them what you want to accomplish, and they help you create the plan and make it happen. Every member of their team—from the office staff to the craftsmen in the field—is friendly, professional, and takes genuine pride in their work. Their attention to detail, communication, and quality are second to none. Highly recommended!
I did call them a week ago to inquire about installing hardwood floors. I did send them pictures of existing flooring, floor plan with square footage. Ms. Engris (not sure if I got right spelling), promised to send me a quote that evening. Have not received. A few days later, called the number, no one picked the phone. I have also sent a message if they are interested in the job. No reply, so don't bother to call them.
These gentlemen arrived early, worked quickly, and did a nice job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
