I am complaining because the management is very hard to deal with. I am filing a complaint because I have a loud neighbor above me who is loud. I have had severe mental health sensory issues with said neighbor. I have called the office only to be told if it's during the day that person has the right to do whatever up there. I want to be transferred to their other building so that I can have a 5th floor apartment which is where I would be. They told me I can't to that. This company needs to take training classes on how to deal with different cultures, ethnicities and so forth because the property in ********************** are racist.Further more they don't understand you do not have the right to violate people civil rights as in coming into their homes without permission or not keeping appliances in working condition, or keeping their rent ledgers current.
