My wife and I lived here for over a year, and the management cares nothing about tenants' concerns, nor disabilities. They do not answer questions about mismanaged properties, and are rude when they speak. especially Jodi Rossi (Regional Manager) of Garland commons and other places for some odd reason. It appears that the maintenance guy is okay to steal things as long as it's off your property.Since I stole my table last night. With the okay of Jodi and Jenny.
I don't know who they think they are, but to have someone in their maintenance department. Steal something from me and think it's okay because it's on another piece of property is despicable. This was in Maple Grove, MN yesterday, and next time I am making a police report.
So if I get assaulted by a black female on the street, and tell her to shut up and get away from me, I will get written a lease violation from Jodi Rossi Velair Property Management simply because I am a white male trying to defend myself!!!
