I would like to share my experience with Vela and Radical Sports. I booked my trip though Vela where I talked to Karl who was very professional and very passionate. He answered all my questions via email and phone. He helped me choose the right destination for my level of windsurfing with the right package (thank you Karl). Do yourself a favour and book your travel elsewhere. We had a number of issues about our Baja trip, sent numerous emails and were totally blown off. Worst customer service ever!
Vela referred me to a Hotel infested with bed bugs. The hotel changed my room and gave the infested room to a new guest the next day. Then the new room was infested. I documented the the sores on my legs and back and requested a refund. Vela blew me off !
