I absolutely LOVE the staff here! Everyone is always so sweet, and all of my questions have always been answered with fully understanding what is needed. I can't say enough about how nice the doctors are, and how comfortable they make the patients feel!!! I promise you will NOT regret going to see them!! :))

I went in for a cracked tooth. Next i'm told all my old fillings should be replaced in the future due to being worn down. Shown a price list for all the work to be done. Just wanted the crown put in. Temp crown put in ,and when i return a few weeks later the permanent crown is put in. Dentist had to do some drilling around the tooth to get crown to fit. Then i notice it doesn't fill like the same tooth he's drilling on. Then he tells me he is fixing the old filling on the next tooth. I never gave anyone permission to do that... read more

BUYER BEWARE! It is business of Vela Dental to cut corners. They use sub par material manufacturers and take no responsibility once they get your money and you walk out the door. The staff was all professional, knowledgeable and all smiles when they took my $20,000 over the course of 2 years. But when during that second year, the front tooth cap chipped in half, and the first molar cap broke off in half, they took zero responsibility. Sure they would fix it. For another $3000. Some details that were left out include: 1) The warranty we offer was void because you did not meet the terms of said agreement. Despite this fact you were still offered a discount as if you were not voided in good faith because we care. 2) Your claim regarding materials used is unsubstantiated and simply not true. Anyone that knows me, knows I am terribly afraid of the dentist. Last year I had made up my mind that I needed to take better care of my teeth, and I called this office. It is the best call I ever made. I have been treated so well and everyone is so kind, even with big babies like me :) Dr. Ng is wonderful as is the whole office. I take every opportunity to share with my friends when they are looking for a dentist. Thank you for being the BEST!!!
