The doctor knew what was wrong with my ankle as soon as he walked in the door. I've been to countless doctors for years and none of them could tell me what was wrong.
Everyone was so incredibly nice! The procedure was explained very thoroughly to me and I felt calm going in, knowing what to expect. Dr. Marks and his entire staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. They even turned the ultrasound machine towards me so I could see what was going on, and explained what I was seeing every step of the way. I was so interested in the process, I forgot to be nervous! It was over before I knew it. I've had two procedures so far and am completely at ease going in for the rest.

Timely, detailed, responsive
Every one was so helpful and took care to make sure all went smoothly. I was well instructed as to each procedure. So I knew what to expect at each appointment. My large vein is still dark but fading and the spider veins have all but disappeared. I would recommend your clinic to anyone who has problems with aching legs. It has been a big relief not to have discomfort fromy leg during the night. Thanks Dr. Parks and your great staff!
The Johns Creek staff is very friendly. This made for a great experience. Before the treatments my legs were always swollen, heavy and hurting at the end of the day. Now I don't even think about my legs very often, except when I think..."WOW... My legs feel great!!!"
Everyone was very helpful and knowledgable about vein disease. They explained step by step as you go through the process, so you have a full understanding of what is needed to be done.
