The staff is very nice, but they have to be! The doctor is another story, rude, aloof, hurried, distracted and was not able to even barely talk to me or to look me in the eye. My first thought was that he had a problem with social interaction or a personality problem. This is not to say he is not adept at his doctor skills, which I am not even sure about that (he ran out of the room after he was done and never said a word), but he has a long way to go with his "bedside manner". Excellent experience and results! Made me wonder why I waited so long to fix my leg! I can finally wear shorts and dresses AGAIN without feeling embarrassed! And the pain of the varicose veins is gone! The Dr. And all the staff was amazing!
I've only been treated with respect and good humor by the doc and the staff. I tend to respond to medical issues with humor and they had no problem with that. Many specialists overbook and make patients wait. Not here, I was in within minutes of arriving, my prep was done within minutes and Dr. Dietzek arrived soon after. I highly recommend Dr. Dietzek and his staff. I had a very big and unsightly vein bulging out of my leg. Even though it bothered me for years, I was hesitant to do anything about it. That was until a neighbor highly recommended Dr. Dietzek. I loved that all of the imaging was done at the office and on the same day as my initial consultation. This was such a time saver.
