First let me tell you this place is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G ! I was having major thrombing in my legs for years. I didn't sleep a full night, my legs were always restless. Recently had radiofrequency ablation and had a great experience. From the consultation to the procedure to the followup; couldn't be happier. The staff was amazing as well!
I can't say enough great things about this company. From the time I walk in, the staff makes the entire experience easy. Kim and Paige were excellent, always pleasant and informative. I like that they are a smaller company so it allows them to really focus on my needs and go the extra mile. For example, I was able to reach out after hours and ask Kim a question about my wrap. Everyone was very nice, but they inserted the catheter too high and destroyed my saphenous nerve. I went to a neurologist to have my nerve tested and he said it was damaged beyond recovery. Now my leg is numb and yet hypersensitive to touch from the knee down. When I complained about it, they said it would go away in about a year. Well it's been two years and it has never gone away.
