Great experience Doc Smith was Great
I had a horrible experience at USA Vein Clinic and would highly recommend seeking treatment elsewhere! When I first showed up to my appointment, I immediately got red flags after seeing the condition that the building was in. There were boxes everywhere, supplies scattered across the floor, and gnats/ bugs in all of the sinks and patient rooms. It looked like no one had been in there for about a month. Arranged treatment for leg pain weeks in advance with insurance number. Arranged summer vacation around their schedule. Then they rejected insurance at check in! Offered to pay cash out of desperation and they said only if we add a $350 consultation to the appointment. Used to be a great company but now seems more like “bait and switch” used car sales. Avoid.
