I've had appointments over the last couple of months to treat my venous disease and I'm extremely happy and pleased with the results. Dr. Smith is extremely competent, explaining everything ahead of time and as each procedure occurred. He is patient with my questions and any concerns that I voiced. His office staff; Anna Marie, Taj, and Kyla were each friendly and wonderful. There was mutual respect between all of them and it was shown to me as well. I highly recommend Dr. Kevin Smith to anyone in need of vein procedures.
I was scheduled for a procedure on NYE, the appointment was made by the provider. I drove 50 minutes and no one was here. No phone calls or emails telling me my procedure was cancelled. I called the main number and was told the doctor is not scheduled to be in today. They tried to reschedule but I no longer want to be a patient for a clinic that does not communicate at all.
Great experience Doc Smith was Great
I had a horrible experience at USA Vein Clinic and would highly recommend seeking treatment elsewhere! When I first showed up to my appointment, I immediately got red flags after seeing the condition that the building was in. There were boxes everywhere, supplies scattered across the floor, and gnats/ bugs in all of the sinks and patient rooms. It looked like no one had been in there for about a month.
