VCA has changed to USA.. I have called to get my records and was told they would mail them. I've requested several times I still have not received my records.. Not VCA QUALITY!!!
It is very clean, the staff was very knowledgeable and concern about my health and well being. I am very happy I decided to to go to Vein Clinics of American to clear up my legs. Can't wait till I I am all done!
I got fantastic care from the Charlotte team for my Chronic Vein insufficiency in 2021 . However after my first 2 ablation procedures from the Doctor I am told I need to go to the Mooresville location for the follow up care . (That was 5 more visits ). That location is 1 1/4 hours away. Then when the Charlotte people were trying to schedule me up in Mooresville it puts my care behind our planned schedule . Very Professional, courteous staff! Very detailed explanations concerning procedure. Office and exam rooms very clean. Very pleasant experience.
