very nice and courteous my procedure went very well I am happy with my treatment at this clinic second time second procedure.
Terrible customer service. My first appointment was cancelled because they were "overbooked". Waited over a month to get in again. I took off work for my "free consultation." When I arrived I was told I have to pay $100.00 because of my occupation as a nurse. Very disappointed. They cited it's bribery to give a free consultation to a nurse. With nursing as the largest workforce, you would think they would screen for that. It was a total waste of my time. I called the main line, and you can't even call the clinic directly.
