My experience with U.S.A. Vein Clinics was awesome, upon arrival I was greeted by friendly staff, check in was great, I was taken back to a room where my wait time was minimal, soon after I was greeted by Dr. Horng who was very polite, knowledgeable and professional, she explained everything she was about to do, I was completely confident with her ability to treat me and I look forward to my next appointment with Dr. Horng and her team.

I felt like the doctor wasn't listening to me, just wanted to get his point across. Every time I would ask a question he would say "I'm getting to that". He then went on to explain to me the procedure he recommends, which is extensive, and totally brushed off the spider vein issue I came in for. He wouldn't even talk to me about what I initially came in for just brushed it off and said we would revisit that after this other procedure. I would highly discourage anyone from seeking treatment at this place. I didn't get a good feeling about this place from day one and should have gone with my gut. After one treatment I was told that their only doctor resigned and they had no idea when she would be replaced, forcing me to seek treatment elsewhere. I had to start completely over with another doctor, costing me way more money than I had intended to spend.
