!Excellent service!!! I called yesterday about our hot water tank leaking, technician arrived within the hour and diagnosed our issue, he ordered a new water heater and installed it today!! Double checking everything. It works perfectly! He gave me a heads-up about having to replace the outside cover door as the new water heater was a little different and the vent opening was in the center,,,our old heater's vent was more to the left. I have a 2019 Tiffin motorhome and found myself in Vegas with 106 temps and a failing Coleman AC blower motor. The RV park suggested Rick with Superior RV. Not only did Rick come the SAME DAY I called but he had my fan motor in stock. I had a replacement within 5 hours of calling. He also does a meticulous job insuring everything is done right. I will call Rick again. He is also a super nice guy. Call him. I’m a picky person too. Wife calls me super OCD and Rick did as good of a job as I would have… if I could.
I am sure glad I found Rick and his company, because his advertisement was so tiny in the flyer. This guy was not only on time, but he was Fast and professional. I had my AC replaced and during the summer. Vegas summer days are nothing to mess around with but it didn't faze Rick...definitely check this place out.
