I recently moved to NV and was apprehensive starting with a new doctor because I had been with my previous for so long in California. Vegas Mental Health really removed any doubts I had. Dr. Leonardo was professional and extremely compassionate. You can tell when someone is being genuine and truly cares for their patients. The front office is fantastic and communicates well.
Billy Leonardo consistently demonstrates compassion, dedication, and expertise that truly make a difference in the lives of his patients. His commitment to providing exceptional care is evident in every interaction. I highly recommend Billy and his team to anyone seeking knowledgeable, supportive, and compassionate care.
I don't see how this place has 5stars. It definitely isn't a 5star office. I believe most of these reviews are fake. I had to ask over 3 times over a span of 2months for my medical records to change providers to one that better suits my needs. I had already been seeing the new psychiatrist and I'm sure that upset them. The providers here at Vegas Mental Health are not psychiatrists just NP's, keep that in mind and will be all up in your business. Dr. Leonardo is an extremely thorough and caring psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to his patient’s concerns. His welcoming demeanor makes it easy to talk to him about mental health. He is an asset to this field and I would highly recommend him.
Billy was an amazing preceptor during my mental health rotation as an FNP student. At first, I was nervous and not very comfortable working with mental health patients because it was a new experience for me. However, Billy made the learning environment very welcoming, supportive, and comfortable from the beginning.
