Vegas Medical is the best there is. Vishal and Trish are the most kind and caring people. They are very knowledgeable in the healthcare industry specifically the DOL sector of DME. They care about their patients and respond quickly with any questions or concerns. They will go out of their way to make sure their patients and ours have what they need when they need it.

The office ladies have no idea what they're doing or what industry standards are and boy does it show. I used to bypass that mess by directly contacting their one knowledgeable employee/delivery and set up person, but he is no longer working there I found out. Can't say I blame him. I'm sure saving their collective asses everyday was exhausting. Guess I'll have to find someplace else to take my business.
