I have been a patient here for several years, but my most recent experience was extremely disappointing. I was charged over $600 for what was explained as a denture repair requiring lab work and tooth replacement. However, the work performed did not match what was described. Dr Chin i met a few years back, my tooth broke in my jaw i needed to take Antibiotics then he cut the gum to pull the broken to out. He did an Awesome job.
I am experiencing having to replace all my old crowns as dental work. The moment you walk in you are greeted by Marigold at front desk, friendly and attentive, delightful, and very thorough. Tanya, along with Destiny are the techs that assist the Doctors, these women are kind and very attentive as well as being very knowledge able. Dr. Chin and his staff have been nothing less than stellar. When ever I need anything to do with my implants, I am always able to get seen quickly. I am glad to be able to trust Dr. Chin and his staffs knowledge, professionalism, and friendliness. MARIGOLD and DYAN are extremely proficient in their roles "up front" and DESTINY "in the back" maintain my implants and doing minor adjustments. They all deserve to be recognized for their effortless jobs they hold at VDE.
