THESE PEOPLE ARE THE MOST INEPT BUNCH OF "MEDICAL" PROFESSIONALS EVER. TWICE THEY MISSED VIRTUAL CALLS! WASTE OF TIME. ONE OFFICE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT THE OTHER IS DOING EVER. FIRST VISIT THEY HAD ME RESCHEDULE.. HOWEVER THE DID NOT CANCEL IT. I GOT ALERT AND EMAILS TO CONTINUE WITH THE 1ST VISIT. TOTAL NO SHOW. I ATTEND THE SECOND ONE.. TOTAL NO SHOW! I switched dental offices to this one, and it was the best decision I made. The hygienists, dentists, assistants and the rest of the staff are very friendly and informative! They do everything they can to help me, reassure me and even offer me the best ways to improve my teeth. The service is phenomenal, professional and the office is very clean.
