I have been coming to the dental office here for around 5 months and I have received exceptional service as well as results. My process is a journey but a short one. Dr. Chin is an excellent dentist, he is very kind, caring and really takes time to explain the procedures. His wife is also very kind, loving and caring (Crystal) Steve is also a great assistant, Marigold, Hema, Rosa,and everyone else, Dr. Chin is an Loving, Kind, Respectful and he knows his work well. Dr Chin is a good dentist, but the customer service of the front desk was unprofessional, wasted hours of my time, and they have never issued my refund, always giving the run around.
I have had multiple visits to different Dentists spanning 57 years in 3 states. Good teeth were not inherited! I personally experience severe anxiety just hearing the drill in the next chair over. Memories of Dentist visits gone bad. Besides numerous fillings I have had several root canals, dry socket, infections, and traditional implants (some that have fallen out more than once).
