Fantastic experience! I filled out the form online for someone to call me and schedule an appointment, they called me back in less than an hour. They also got me in an hour after that. The front office staff, the CT tech to the NP I saw on that day were very professional! I wouldn’t recommend this place. I went in bc I didn’t know if I had sinus issues or allergies. I told the nurse or assistant I think it might be allergies. She literally said are you mainly concerned with allergies bc we don’t really do that here. The Dr told me I have chronic sinusitis and I am past the point of medications and would recommend a procedure. Got the procedure done I probably had 1 week of relief. If that. Took my husband for a procedure. The appointment was for 7am. We were on time but they booked numerous patients for the same appointment time. Its 7:30am and we are still waiting to be called. Not cool. The first man that was scheduled for 7:00 a.m. left at 8:15 a.m. the second patient that had the same appointment time as us left at 8:30... it is currently 9:15am and I'm still waiting. Abigail and Dr. Vincent Nalbone were absolutely amazing throughout my deviated septum surgery process. I especially want to give a shoutout to Abigail for her expertise and knowledge in the ENT field. I had such a wonderful experience at this ENT office! Everyone was so sweet, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. I had my toddler with me for my appointment, and the girls were so kind and loving to her. Everyone made us both feel comfortable and cared for. ❤️ It’s not every day you come across a place where you truly feel like people care about you as a person, not just as a patient.
