Terrible, terrible office. Dr. Vincent Nalbone is the most disrespectful doctor who expresses no compassion to patients. When I went in for a CT, I was not told of a potential leak in my sinus. My practitioner Abby never said anything about this. Never met this doctor. Never even seen him to review my CT. This doctor had the nerve to call me with an attitude and when I questioned why I needed an MRI then he revealed that I might have a leak. Today’s appointment was excellent. Everything was well organized, detailed, and straight to the point. The staff was very educational and even got me in 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment, providing same-day service. 10/10 — truly world-class service. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
