My daughter and I hoped to finally get some relief for our allergies caused by the dry desert air. Instead the vibe was more like a timeshare presentation to stick balloons up our noses! They wanted us to consider a surgery that may or may not have favorable results! After reading other reviews I see this is their common practice. I had a wonderful experience with Sharon NP during my first consultation today. She was very thorough and explained everything about my sinus and nasal issues. She answered all my questions honestly and provided me with a clear understanding of the procedure and its potential outcomes. I highly recommend this place if you have long-term sinus issues. Additionally, I want to mention that the entire staff is friendly and welcoming 😎
Tried to make an appointment to be seen for a hearing problem. Office scheduled right away. When asked how much it would be with my insurance they said $30 copay. When I asked about the CT scan test they wanted to do in office, and the price, they wouldn't give me a clear answer. They said they would bill me after the insurance paid. After years of suffering from sinus issues, I finally decided through a recommendation of a non-invasive “balloon sinuplasty” procedure. It was a painless procedure that finally gave me relief from constant nasal drips and throat clearing. I sleep better at nights now. I just want to thank Dr. Nalbone, NP Geraldine, NP Abi and the rest of the staff for their professional assistance and follow up after post-op.
