James picked us at hotel & gave a brief explanation of the balloon flight. Daniel was our pilot, he was very professional & fun. We’ve done many exciting & fun things in Vegas. Helicopter rides, zip lines, ATV rides in the desert & more, but the balloon ride had been on our bucket list & it didn’t disappoint us. Wow, it was great

I think I don't have enough words to express how grateful and satisfied I am with their service. I had my tour during the dawn of November 1st; was my first hot air balloon ride (one item in my bucket list now done) and I enjoyed it from the beginning to the end.
