Amazing ride and amazing pilot!
Had the most amazing time yesterday for my first-ever balloon ride! I cannot say enough good things about the entire experience. From the booking process to the flight. I spoke to Sarah a couple times on the phone prior to my visit and she was so helpful and friendly. Flight day was incredible from start to finish. I feel so lucky to have had Jonathon as my pilot. This was my first time riding in a hot air balloon and it was awesome. I took my mom for her birthday. We loved it from start to finish. We opted for the hotel pick up and drop off - well worth it. We were picked up on time and went to the check in facility. After everyone was there we took a few vans along with the balloon, equipment, and crew to the launch site. Very cool and good group!
Having never been in a hot air balloon before, this was always going to be a unique experience for us. Arrived for the pre flight meeting and royally entertained by Jonathan our fabulous pilot for the day. (There was another pilot and forgive me I cannot remember your name, but you were fabulous too). Jonathan is easily remembered for his wonderful bright pink flash of hair and pink nail varnish.
