These guys are the best! They are experts in the air and treated everyone on the trip like family! I just got engaged while on the balloon ride and I couldn't have asked for a better experience :) The staff went above and beyond, even driving everyone back to their hotels at the end of the trip!!!
Wow absolutely fantastic really had a great time. The pilot and crew were really kind and considerate. What a fantastic thing to do it was one of my bucket lists and I've done it and would love to do it again. Thank you to you all for the experience.
The best thing i could have checked off my Bucketlist!! The view is priceless...words cant express the view & feeling you have while feeling like ur sailing through clouds!! Sunrise beautiful!!! There aren't even words to describe how memorable this trip was. I would recommend this to anyone visiting vegas. It is a must!!! Can't wait to share my pics with everyone I come in contact with. Thanks Sheldon and Crew for one of the most memorable trips of my life.
This was a bucket list item for me and I had no apprehension going into it. In fact, I was quite thrilled and excited to try. It was so much better, more fun, quite informative then I could have ever imagined. It's no where near frightening and the pilot and crew are experts and point blank loved their jobs. You will be filled up by the pilot with stories and some history and an education. We were encouraged to help if we wanted to, so dress for the desert outdoors. Treated very badly by staff. After two cancellations on our four day stay in Vegas, we arrived at 6am & were left waiting for two hours outside their building. Eventually we got through to them and we're told the flight was cancelled. My partner was extremely upset as this was what he was most looking forward to. We also had issues getting our money back but I persisted and eventually got it after speaking with a manager.
