Very reliable company, great one-of-a-kind merchandise!
They messed up order and delivered something entirely different. And I'm not going be able to get a refund or exchange because of expensive shipping fee. The package was meant to be a surprise present to make it worse. I'm so disappointed and will have to look for somewhere else that's more reliable.
I dropped in yesterday and talked to the ladies running Vegan Essentials. My phone said they sold Chao Cheese, I thought they were retail. They were extremely nice and very professional. The warehouse was amazing and very well kept, organized greatly. They served my needs and had a great conversation with them. Next time, I will order online (totally my bad) and do all my shopping from there. This really impressed me, and I am rather tough to impress. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

I just received my order of Easter candy for my children today. As a precaution, I ordered a cold shipper bag to prevent all the chocolate from melting (the weather can get pretty warm in March around here). They upgraded the cold shipper bag to a cold shipper box free of charge because they were concerned that the huge chocolate eggs would be crushed in a bag.
