Excellent customer service! Had the wrong product shipped and they let me keep it as a gift for the mistake rather than having me return it.. You don't see that much anymore and because of that I will definitely be doing more business with them. :)

Customer since 2002, and I've always been happy with Vegan Essentials. From the greatest product selections to the quickest shipping, I've never had a reason to contact customer service because it's literally ALL GOOD.
Great foods, not bad prices, shipping isn't too much, stuff is always in great condition when it arrives, and it's always faster than they say it will be. They have a great variety of vegan foods and a few other things you can't always find in stores.
