RecommendedGreat and responsive customer service even during the pandemic! Nice selection of foods! I suggest if you’re not in their immediate area, purchase the fastest shipping to prevent flubs by the shipper. Colleen was super helpful with my order when Fedex delivered super late! WOW, first of all let me say that the new website looks AMAZING! I hadn't logged on in a while and came back to a happy surprise :). That being said, I love Vegan Essentials. I know that any time I'm looking for a specific product I can't find elsewhere - I can probably find it at VE :)
They should return calls and emails promptly. I'm still waiting on an order from over two weeks ago. Tried to email and call with no response. Will not be a return customer here. Disappointed 😕

I found Vegan essentials online last month and have been ordering from them ever since. My local grocery store stopped carrying my favorite foods and lost me as a customer. Vegan Essentials has all of my favs and then some! They make is super convenient to shop and the food is delivered in refrigerated packaging. I'm so happy I found them!!
I found them on Google and so glad I did. Very hard to find certain vegan foods in our grocery stores or have to drive all over. I ordered from them and received my ordered quick . Definitely will order from them again.
