They have not been cutting their grass lately around here. It’s starting to look rundown. They’re not enforcing people keeping mess off of their front porches. It looks rundown. They need to fix the potholes. They have just stopped ever since Melinda left. She made sure this place was cleaned up at all cost if they are not careful it’s going to look like the apartments that sits directly in front of them and then it’s going to hell.
My friends moved here and they like it very much. The duck pond is adorable!

Giant rats are all over the place there. Do not go there. There's a danger of disease from fleas that land on their droppings.
