Upon meeting managemement initially, I was a walk in, and I interrupted business hours, They made me feel very comfortable and we even shared a few laughs. Melinda was nice and understanding of my questions, and patient although she was busy when i walked in unannounced and without an appointment. Because first impressions are lasting impressions, I look forward to being a resident of Vega Place for a long time.

I liked the sereneness of the atmosphere. Melinda, the manager was very welcoming, and extremely nice too. The apartments looked well maintained. I was surprised that when I called, Melinda knew me and addressed me by my first name. That felt reassuring, and nice. Plus there is a little critter in the pond that is intriguing and adorable. As for the ducks, I saw a resident smiling as she was feeding them as it had grown to be part of her routine.
