Zach responded quick to my inquiry and was able to troubleshoot my siding problem in less than one day. While he was gathering info to prepare an estimate, he also helped me out with a security camera I could not reach.
Veenkamp replaced my siding and did an excellent job. They were easy to work with and professional.
Horrible customer service. I asked for help diverting water from the side of my house. Their sales rep recommended a kickout, which didn't work. When called back he said he would need an expert opinion on the matter...He is supposed to be the expert. Then proceeded to accuse me of wanting something for free when I told him id rather have him come take it out and get the correct solution in. Will never use or recommend again.
We had some siding fall off the peak of our roof during a recent wind/snow storm leaving bare wood exposed. They quickly came out, evaluated the situation, and made the repair. Great communication, friendly team, and a job well done! Don't forget to ask for Jelly Bean when you call in for some help!
