It was so easy to set up an inspection and addressing several small concerns on our property. Zach was so patient and helpful (he fixed one thing right then!) and I felt very good about setting up the inspection. They followed up promptly, were on time and so respectful and seemed to care. Couldn’t be more happy. The crew did an outstanding job. My roof is far from easy (many dormers and eyebrow areas). The crew worked fast and efficient while delivering a quality job and courteous when I had questions. I highly recommend them.
My entire new roof project was smooth from my first interaction with Andy Doak at the remodel show in GR, to the updates along the way, my interactions with Jellybean and Tommy as the project was started to completion. The crew that did the work was excellent and took care in their work. Very happy and would recommend Veenkamp's to everyone.
Good communication and explanation of the process and options during the quoting process. Work completed quickly and ahead of schedule. Cleanup of the job site after job was completed was better than expected.
I needed a leaky kitchen vent replaced on the roof that Veenkamp installed in 2015. It was under warranty for ten years. They fixed the issue at no cost and honored their warranty. Very upstanding company!
