I've been there twice and both times the tech rushed through getting my nails done in order to accommodate others. I went back the 2nd time bc I thought she might have been having a bad day the 1st time. Well the same thing happened this last time, she literally left me sitting there with my nails 1/3 done so that she could file off someone else's nails who just walked in. MANICURE 1hour PEDICURE 30minutes I had a rather unpleasant experience here this morning (June 10, 2026). I’m not sure what the standard time allocation is for manicures and pedicures, but the technician at the far end spent nearly an hour from 9:00 to 10:00 AM just on my manicure. She then rushed through my pedicure in just 30-35 minutes; perhaps it was so quick because I opted for regular polish, but the massage felt hurried. I don't even want to give one star. I took my mom to get pedi&nails. Both of our feet got scolded and I won't even tell you how bad my nails were.I ripped them all off.I went there because the reviews were good. People lie! I would say it was just a bad day but it was two different nail techs. ALSO, while getting my nails done, a lady getting ready to get a pedi yelled because she was scolded too. Maybe they need to adjust that temperature on their water heater. I will never ever go back.
