More than what I expected. Most places seem to do what they are asked to do, no more, no less. These people were very knowledgeable and got my 2010 Freightliner charging again. They did make several suggestions and I do take them up on adding another charge line. I checked with several other people I know that truck and have more experience with maintenance and the additional suggestions they gave me was good. They made suggestions but did not try to pressure me, a heads-up for the future. I appreciate that!
WOW!!! Looking for a high amp alternator for a truck with many bells and whistles. I had been online and found different ones and even order two but they did not do as advertised. Called these guys and at first all they did was ask questions about need for more power driving habits, etc. They did not sell me an alternator as they said my greatest need was not more alternator, but extra battery and bigger cabling for my winch. Was looking for some really unique parts and they had a few but those they did not have they gave me recommendations of where to get them. They did not make much money of of me and could have blown me off, but they took the time to try to help me.

I recently had issues with my car and was referred by a co-worker. The man that helped me was very courteous and seemed to go out of his way to explain things. My battery was going down, so he had the car checked and found something wrong with the wiring. They fixed the problem for $39., much less than the an alternator that a parts store said I needed. I will gladly recommend them to anyone I know needing their services.
You do not even want to call them. The owner is one of the rudest people I have ever spoke to. If his business is down, he might ought to learn to speak to customers. When I questioned him on a price, he went off on some tirade about China and people complaining about not having money in their pocket. He then hung up in my face. Sir, China is not your problem, YOU are. Have a great day!
