Waste of time, and didn't really feel like anyone gave a crap about my case. It's such a hassle to be a MetLife insurance beneficiary through legal shield benefits and totally waste days on the phone for no reason with back and forth emails. Thank you for showing me the true value of my benefit before new years/ renewal time - i cancelled and save the money for 2026 ;)
Natalia is an amazing attorney! She definitely has her clients best interest in mind and not just making money.
