unexperienced new managers – Living at this community for the past 3 years has been a wonderful experience and such a joy to come home to such a breathtaking view and warm and friendly neighbors, and the nicest managers ever,(two so far). Avoid if at all possible – During the mid 80's the Vedder family bought several mobile home parks in California. While Philp Vedder was overseeing the managent of the parks they were in great shape, and he took great pride in the overall feel of the parks, and personally walked every square foot of the public areas.
