All show and no go!!! – I don't mind paying a premium price for great hair, but when they could not even lift out my color the first time and tried another time, by then my hair was really dry. Then the toner or glaze wouldn't take. I should have jumped out of the chair and left, but they have such a hipe about their salon, I thought surely they'll get it right. Feeling a little ripped off about massage – I went to Veda for a 50 min. prenatal massage. It was pricier than I thought it should be, but I really wanted to get a massage on my vacation. I should have listened to my gut. I called beforehand and asked if I should show up early (my appt. was at 11) and they said I could, but it didn’t matter. found a great salon that makes me wish I lived here! – I was visiting my sister in Colorado Springs, and we always pass by this salon on Academy. It looked interesting and thought I would give it a try! So glad I did, because I LOVE my haircut!! Odessa was my stylist and she was fantastic!! I hope if she ever moves to Chicago, she will let me know. She was patient, helpful, and a joy to talk to. veda salon & spa – I went to the salon and was welcomed with smiles and hi how are you today. After that I just felt like i was on top of the world. They offered me something to drink and then gave me this card with a free service and told me to pick one i wanted. After that my stylist come and got me and we went back to the chair and i told her what i wanted and she looked at me the entire time and then she took me back and washed my hair and it was so amazing to me that i didn't want to get up.
