I was a happy customer for 5 years but they keep allowing charges through on my card even though I specifically requested no overdraft protection. This is different from how charges were handed before and they keep charging me overdraft fees for these charges that should be declined, so I can't give them more than one stars, and would choose zero stars if possible for ruining my day like that.
I was bank shopping ans went into Vectra Bank since I was looking for something new. I was not very happy with my current banker since she hadnt answer alot of my questions. I went in Spoke with Sandra and she helped me moved banks. I was able to open a checking,saving and a HELOC account. She was very patient,nice and knowledgeable about their products. She was able to make me feel like family and not a stranger. I feel more people should be like her to be able to express genuine help and kindness.
