Can not pay a credit card over the phone from another bank!
Had to laugh when I saw reviews from other customers.....looks like we are all in agreement that Vectra is the WORST BANK ever. My suggestion if you are considering opening an account is DO NOT. Get yourself a shoe box- it will be more secure and give better customer service.
I have received excellent service from everyone at Vectra's Landmark branch. From the friendly tellers - who remember my name - to the officers who assisted me in opening my accounts and Domatila Montoya, the branch manager, who assisted me with a PPP loan application, everyone has been helpful, glad to see me, and very efficient.
