I waited months for appointment. They did nothing in 2 appointments but fill out forms and answer endless series of questions. No guidance on daily activities or take home exercises to do. No information. No therapy even. Just questions. 8 months after my primary care doc referred me and I'm back where I started. Zero help.

Tim is the man. This place was great and everyone was easy to work with.
Therapy staff was helpful. But when dealing with the front office their attitude instantly kicks in and they insist on arguing over what my insurance covered. Even when I show them the approval they couldn't stop arguing. Unless you have no other choice I suggest leaving the area for help.
