Workshop is useless. Can't even work on their own mack trucks.
A premium example of what you pay for is what you get. Quite possibly the best truck mechanics in Sydney with fast turnaround time and effective repairs. Special mention fantastic customer service in particular, Kurt Bailey, although he seemed to be in high demand juggling phone calls, mechanics questions and paperwork. He still had time to talk with me on a human level which I very much appreciated. Talked me through the invoice and took his time to explain everything. Just great customer service.
