Need better customer service and pt care. Receptionist was very rude and seemed to not know what they’re talking about.
I called for an urgent appointment here today, and they were able to fit me in within the next hour! The front desk staff and lady who answered the phone were helpful and friendly. I like that it’s “free.” There was also free parking for patients. The waiting room is well-kept and charming, “not too modern” and gray like every other office it seems.
I just graduated 4 days ago and was denied my appointment because I am no longer a VCU student. If the gym membership can last abyear after graduating why can't I get a strep test 4 days after graduating.
