I went to go see Lauren Page she was very dissuasive about what was happening and would not listen to me needs. I could tell she was getting fustrated with me and made me feel like i was being a burden. It seemed like she wanted to get me in and out.
The front desk lady, I don't know what her name is, but she is EXTREMLEY rude and has a bad attitude.
Do not see NP Tracy King if you can help it. She was cold and dismissive, cutting me off mid-question instead of listening to my concern. She didn’t fully assess my symptoms because they weren’t present at that exact moment and seemed unwilling to consider further evaluation or treatment beyond over-the-counter options, even though I have a chronic condition. Everyone else has been good here.
On God. Y'all need to treat the secretarys better. They always sound like they would rather be run over by a car then doing there job... The suicide and crisis hot line is 988 by the way... I don't know who is to blame but somthing has got to change. God bless.
