The most rudest people I ever dealt with the operator had no knowledge of where the Cancer research was in the north hospital she literally did not want to be bothered.we do have insurance I am highly upset and I still don't know whet I am taking my husband. I asked for the vcu research in the north hospital at any rate I can't even talk now I a very disappointed my husband has stage fo lung cancer I m done
Would have given zero stars if possible. Had to walk 1/2 mile to the clinic. Staff was rude and not helpful at all. I will be going back to Duke from this day forward.
Pros On our third week we got a visit from the best little furry friend! They did great and really helped improve vibes of 3rd hospital week. Cardiac rooms were a huge upgrade from pre surgery room. Staff friendly. Cons They have a good menus but the pasta was bad.
Was called to come in an hour early it’s 4 hours later still waiting to be seen ridiculous
