my family member came into the ED for a suspected miscarriage (it was confirmed 4 hours later). The doctor came in and before even introducing herself told my family member the she “needs to stop screaming”. She was actively delivering her child and was treated with harshness. She also was unmediated when the doctor spoke to her and remained unmediated for 2 hours. I am extremely disappointed in the care provided to a mother grieving the loss of her child.
No help..didn’t check on my boyfriend while he was sitting there bleeding & calling for help for 20 minutes
My sister has been there for 4 hours+ with possible appendicitis and has yet to be seen. Staff is unprofessional, being in the waiting room they don't follow hippa, and they put an IV in her arm, and sent her back to the waiting room.
