I came in last week with what was eventually determined to be a heart attack. I met and was helped by so many incredible people during the four days I was in their care. I can't state enough how kind and invested every nurse and doctor were in my care. I want to shout out the cardiac ICU in particular, you saved my life. I highly recommend this hospital.

Lower the wages of whoever is in charge and hire people that will answer the phone.

First I would like to thank Dr. Stephen Kates. He took on my best friend from Baltimore as a patient and since then he has performed 2 surgeries on my friend. That's not the reason why I'm leaving this review, it's because he's exceptional at his job and not only that his bedside manner is incredible as well. When we go visit him he's very honest and explains things so that we can understand what he's saying. I like the fact that he's invested in my friend's health which is highly appreciated. Probably the slowest hospital I have ever been to. We’ve been here for hours waiting to be seen. Majority of the staff is nice however my friend (patient being seen) informed me that while he was describing his symptoms to the woman at the front desk she made a comment saying “damn” while shaking her head and such. That’s extremely unprofessional especially for a job in a HOSPITAL.
