There is no way to drop off patient all the spot is blocked by the Vallet and no one is taking the vehicles to the parking lot I have to take back my patient because they made us more than 15 minutes late I have a wheelchair client I can't drop him and no one seems to care. Please take some action either stop the wallet service or make someone to make sure they do their Jobs
I arrived for my procedure 9/4/25 to the cardiac critical care unit on the 3rd flr for a device implant. The valet parking attendants were very professional, hats off to you guys because you organize vehicle chaos so people can get into the Gateway Building for their appts/visits. Great job!
