My husband had open heart surgery on Oct 10th.From day 1 this hospital & all their staff were so very patient,caring & went above & beyond for us! We have never had an experience like this at any hospital.I recommend this hospital to everybody.Even though we live 1 1/2 away we will still make this ou go to.Thankyou VCU for being the best!
I couldn’t even be seen. 6.5 hour wait at 3AM on a Tuesday.
The staff, nurses. Dr's, social workers, etc are completely unethical, unprofessional, and untrustworthy! one terrible experience after another during our stay. But when I posted a video welcoming home my husband from a long stay at the hospital- i received a comment (screenshoted below!) Clearly from a nurse on staff of the 10th floor Critical Care Unit! Also have made numerous attempts to HR concerning their policy's on such matters and their terms of HIPPA as this may be a violation of some sort. And certainly her speakin... read more
