I am not one to usually right reviews. But after my brief phone call this morning. I can completely understand why they have a 2.8 review. Customer service especially with patients who have had cancer for awhile or just found out yesterday should be treated and talked to better. The new patient coordinator is not fit for her job. She has zero empathy or sympathy. The way she talked to me today is like I was inconveniencing her by calling at 815.I explained that my oral surgeon sent over my referral the day previous for me to... read more

My father was successfully treated for throat cancer at VCU. 36 radiation treatments. Two years after treatment, he was admitted to the ER. He was severely hypothyroid (TSH 82). HIS THYROID FUNCTION WAS NEVER TESTED during his follow up visits. Considering the post radiotherapy hypothyroidism (head/neck cancer) rate is 50% or more - this is unacceptable. I would give 5 stars for saving his life, but 0 stars for inadequate follow up which severely affected his quality of life.

Let me start off by saying, DO NOT take your health care concerns here. I initially came in for a consultation last year about a thyroid nodule. I felt comfortable and agreed to the surgery. Here I am a year later with a consistent sore throat every day, horrible dysphagia, body acne, migraine headaches and lord's know what else that is being caused by this. I have tri... read more

Nurse for one provider canceled my appts with another provider without my knowledge day before my appointments. These appointments were vital. I can't get them to reschedule them. Now my next visit will be to the hospital. No right to do that. They really screwed me.

Worst experience ever. First I had an appointment scheduled and the day of the appointment they called saying that the appointment was canceled because the doctor was sick. They re-scheduled the appointment and once again same lady called to cancel my appointment because the last lab work that I had it was from May. I ask the lady if I could get an lab test order then but she said no; get with your primary doctor for that. *** Not Military Friendly****. I explained the situation to my primary care manager at FT Gregg-Adams a... read more
